On May 30, the MediCare Shareholders’ Meeting met, as every year, to approve the financial statements and the 2021 social report.
It was a very important moment of discussion, during which all the existing offices of both the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors were also unanimously renewed. An important reconfirmation demonstrating the good work done so far.
Of course it was also a great opportunity to be together, as people and as colleagues. As always, Medi Care proves to be a big family.
